Do you offer consultations?
Yes — consultations allow us to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals, anatomy, lifestyle, and long-term aesthetic vision.
How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or through direct message with our team.
Do I need a deposit to book?
Yes — a deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Deposits are applied toward your scheduled treatment or service.
What is your cancellation policy?
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at time of booking. In the case you need to cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the deposit will stay in your account as a credit and can be used towards any future treatment or purchase at our practice. In the case of a cancellation happening with less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited and there will be a cancellation fee of $50 charged to the card on file. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged a fee of $150 and your deposit will be forfeited.
What if I arrive late?
Late arrivals may require a shortened appointment or rescheduling in order to accommodate other scheduled patients and maintain our appointment flow.
Are treatments refundable?
Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments and products, all services, packages, memberships, and products are final sale and non-refundable.

What should I avoid before my appointment?
For certain treatments, we recommend avoiding alcohol, excessive sun exposure, and blood-thinning medications or supplements (unless medically necessary) prior to your appointment to help minimize bruising and sensitivity.
